TITLE: "Lower Tram Station"

The lower tram station. This tram system allowed the OHSU hospital to expand off of its crowded hill to a large plot on the Wilamette River. It has also helped spur an entire new high-rise district in the area, called South Waterfront. Also visible in the photo are the tracks for the Portland Streetcar, which connects the tram with downtown.
